A: It depends on your order quantity. Normally we will finish production within 7~30 days.

A: It depends on your custom mold design. Normally 3~20 days.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: MOQ for ready to ship product is 10 pcs, MOQ for custom mold is 500 pcs, or lower
Q: How to get a sample? How much for a sample? Sample fee refunded or not?
A: You can place a sample order directly on the product page.You can also contact us directly for more details and discounts.Sample cost is normally twice the order price. It is refunded once you place larger order. please note sample shipping fee is not refunded.
Q: What format of files should be for customized products and packaging design?
A: AI and PDF format for packaging design. STP or IGS format for custom mold 3D drawing.
Q: Have you ever shipped to Amazon warehouse, FBA shipment?
A: We have been shipping to Amazon warehouse in US, Europe, Australia, Japan since 2012.
Q: How to ship the goods out?
A: We cooperate with many agents and have good price and discount on shipping. We will provide different shipment options and cost for your reference.
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, SF for samples or small order. Sea shipping is more economic for large order.
