Gel Candles are transparent candles hand-made with a blend of 95% mineral oil and 5% powdered polymer resin. The polymer resin is needed to create the candle's unique gel consistency, which is also why they last so much longer than regular candles.
Gel wax is becoming increasingly popular because it has a longer burn time than other types of wax. One of the biggest advantages of gel wax is its long burn time.
